Shops and Galleries
While antiques have long been Lambertville’s forte, today, Louis XVI mirrors and Mission-style chairs take their place alongside trendy clothing, high-end home décor, sophisticated crafts and goods for pampered pets. Rounding out the town’s vibrant retail scene are galleries where the discerning buyer just might discover an up-and-coming local star. |

Historic Sites
A bustling industrial center through the early 20th century, Lambertville is dotted with landmark buildings, from the old spoke-and-wheel factory (now housing a sign shop, gallery and antiques store), to the family home of the first ‘49er, early resident James Wilson Marshall (current site of the Lambertville Historical Society). A stroll through town also reveals an unusually large and varied stock of restored Victorian architecture, including the properties comprising the LL&CC. |
